Quick Scaffolding Assembly- Platform Method- Jumply Scaffold
Today we’d like to introduce a quick scaffolding assembly method- Platform Method, carried out by #jumplyscaffolding engineering team.
Scaffolding type: Ringlock/ Octagonlock system (Multi-directional) scaffolding
Suitable project type: Regular shape constructions (eg. Cuboid, without any block inside)
Benefits: Time saving Labor saving in a great efficiency
First let’s take a look at our project example video (Wuxi Hailian Workshop Project):
The Wuxi Hailian Project totally has 2 floors above the ground, with a total construction area of 36016 m2 and a structural height of 22.8 meters.
After calculation,
-The maximum formwork support height of the project is 14 meters,
-The maximum beam section is 0.4*1.5m, and the maximum linear load design value is 21.29 kN/m.
How to assemble in this Platform Method?
1st Step:
Set up a full house support frame from ground, and all the standards support directly to the bottom of beam. (Head jacks + Rapid Scaffold C beams)
2nd Step:
Lay the beam bottom template and set up the slab bottom bracket. (Erected above the C beams)
3rd Step:
Complete the formwork system and pour concrete.
