Types of Ringlock Standards Based on Joint Pin Connection
Based on the connection method of the Joint Pin, Ringlock Standards are typically categorized into three types:
Open-Type Ringlock Standard Without Joint Pin:
- Specially designed for concrete formwork and support systems.
- The top can be used with U-heads or forkheads for supporting slabs and beams.
Bolt-Connected Joint Pin Ringlock Standard:
- The Joint Pin is secured to the top of the Ringlock Standard with bolts and nuts.
- This design allows the Joint Pin to be removable and replaceable, enhancing the system’s flexibility and extending the lifespan of the entire Ringlock Standard.
Fixed Crimped Joint Pin Ringlock Standard:
- Features a fixed connection Joint Pin, typically crimped directly onto the upright via mechanical processing.
- This design makes the entire upright more stable, reduces the number of parts, and simplifies the installation process.
